Terms of Use
The rules for using WeDo Posting to plan, generate, review, and publish social content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
1. Acceptance and accounts
By using WeDo Posting, you agree to these terms. You sign in with Meta, and you are responsible for the activity that happens in your workspace and for keeping access to your Meta account secure.
2. Your authority over connected accounts
You may connect only Meta accounts you are entitled to use, and only Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorised to publish to. Do not connect an account, or use someone else’s credentials, without permission from the person or organisation that owns it.
3. Connected services
Facebook, Instagram, and the AI provider you connect are third-party services. Their availability, permissions, review processes, and policies remain their own, and a change on their side can interrupt publishing or account discovery here.
4. AI-generated content
WeDo Posting helps create content, but generated images and captions may be inaccurate, misleading, or unsuitable for your brand. You remain responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for making sure it complies with the rules of the platform it is published to.
5. Publishing and approval
Nothing is published without your approval. A newly connected Meta account starts in dry-run mode, where publishing is rehearsed and recorded but nothing is sent to Meta; switching live publishing on for an account is what makes its posts real. Once a post reaches Facebook or Instagram it is live on that platform, and removing it is done there.
6. Provider keys and brand assets
You are responsible for the AI provider keys and the reference images and brand material you add, including confirming that you hold the rights to use them. Costs charged by an AI provider against your own key are yours.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use WeDo Posting to break the law or platform rules, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, to publish content to accounts you do not control, to impersonate anyone, or to create harmful, deceptive, or misleading material.
8. Availability and changes
External services can change or become unavailable, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to give notice of changes that materially affect how you publish.
9. Termination
You can stop using WeDo Posting at any time and ask for your data to be deleted; our Data Deletion page explains how. We may suspend access for misuse or for activity that puts our Meta application at risk.
10. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeDo Posting is provided as it stands, without a promise that every generated output or integration will meet your needs, and we are not liable for content published through your connected accounts.
